I've been on MFP religiously since January, and wanted to show off some progress I've made! The pictures below date pretty far back, but I wanted to show the bigger picture of my struggles with weight and health issues. It hasn't been easy, there have been many ups and downs, but I'm still going at it and making good food choices and moving my body more! As a college student, some weeks were hard, with added stress and less time, but I always reminded myself that it's a LIFESTYLE change. I've managed to "roll with the punches" and continue on! Hope this helps some of you stay motivated, and it will definitely help me stay motivated. :)

The last picture I took was from my 22nd birthday, in late May. I'm excited to continue my 22nd year of life healthy, happy and optimistic. Can't wait to see what progress the summer brings. :)

    No matter how hard I try, some of my photos won't resize smaller on photobucket! Sorry guys.. best I could do. Haha

    You are doing fantastic! I also decided in college that I wouldn't live my life overweight anymore. My fear that I couldn't do it became my motivation. It sounds like you have a great mind-set for your goals.
