What protein powder to use for weight loss in women

Hi Guys, I really need to up my protein intake. What protein powder do I choose. There is Nutiva Hemp high protein high fiber , soy protein and also egg white protein. Please help me choose.

    It doesn't matter... whatever one fits in with your goals. If you only need protein, then get one that's just protein (some are just protein with very little carbs or fat, others are high in all 3).

    Do you want a powder for a supplement, or for weight loss? These are two different things really.

    For weight loss, you may want a "meal replacement" type. For a supplement, you want as much protein as possible and little else.

    Just find one that fits you macro goals and taste buds. It may take some label reading and some trial and error to find the right one.

    btw - is there a reason you are excluding whey or casein from your list? Whey is probably the most common form, and is easily digested. A whey isolate will have very little lactose left.

    I've tried a lot of different ones, done my research, and then ended up using what a girlfriend uses and have been very happy with the results. I use Nectar products-lots of protein, low carbs, and low sugar. And also, MyoLean is a great one as well for recovery. As I did, do your research. Get on some sites, do some comparisons, but first-know what you're looking for in a supplement. Don't count carbs? Don't worry. Gluten free? Those are covered too. Good Luck!
