My food needs changing

Hi,
For the last 5 months or so I've been eating pretty much the same thing every day to meet my macros. But I've come to the point where when I think about another plate of rice and chicken entering my stomach, I'll probably get sick.
I'll list out what I eat, and if you have any ideas what I could change my food with, please feel free to put down your answers. Even use something that's in your diet if you want.
Breakfast-
Oats - Peanut Butter -Milk
Lunch-
Basmati Rice - Steak - Olive oil - cup of frozen Veggies
Dinner-
Brown Rice - Chicken - Oilve oil - cup of frozen Veggies
Bedtime-
Banana - Cottage Cheese
I'm open to any suggestions!

There's literally a world of food out there.
Breakfast - eggs, other cereals, breads. Make yourself a breakfast sandwich (eggs, cheese, ham on a muffin or something). Smoothie.
Lunch - If you want a carb - couscous, pasta, other kinds of rice, bread, potato, sweet potato. Fish, pork, turkey. Same for dinner. Fresh veggies.
Snacks - other fruit, yogurt instead of cottage cheese.
It's hard to even come up with suggestions because there's literally thousands of options.0 -
One of my fave lunch/dinner options is turkey burgers, side of green veggie or side salad and homemade sweet potato fries.
Lunch you can make a big salad and include lots of veggies, a lean protein, with a greek yogurt on the side. I make my own salad dressing by combing olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper. Simple and delicious.
Make some meatballs with lean ground turkey, chicken or beef, homemade tomato sauce over whole wheat pasta or spaghetti squash. Side of grilled zucchini.
Soups and chili are great, another go to.
Instead of just oats in the AM, do over night oats to change it up. Combine oats, vanilla or fruit flavored greek yogurt, some milk and cinnamon and leave in the fridge over night. There are tons of recipes for them out there, just search for some.
Snacks - hummus and veggies and/or pita chips, fruit, string cheese and some nuts.
