SQUAT AND PUSH UP CHALLANGE--TRIED IT?

Thoughts and good or bad results from anyone who has tried these would be appreciated I am going to start them next week along with my workouts at the gym to help get my arms in shape which I think are going pretty well.

I am on day 6 of the squat challenge. I'm also doing the ab challenge. I took some pictures, but I want to measure myself. Haven't heard of the pushup challenge though.

I am in the middle of a 5,000 squat challenge for the month of May. I have seen and felt a difference. It is a challenge to remember and do them earlier rather than later.

Thats awesome buddy the pushup challenge i am doing because i lack upper body strength so i figured it would help and it is really hard for me, i am on week 2 of both starting tonight so we will have to keep eachother updated on how we are doing :)

WOW 5000.....How have you progressed? I am doing the Crunch and Squat but I think by the end it is 250 squats.

I was on vacation last week so remembering to do them was a challange but now that i am back to work and on top of things i think it will be easier to get back in to it, the squats are not as hard as the pushups for me. I was doing 50 squats every morning per my doctor but that got old so i stopped for little while and now i am working on this so hopefully it will go well, good luck to you on all of it

the pushup and squat challenge you can find on line by putting in the search pushup challenge and squat challenge and you have to start by seeing how many you can do at one time and then it gives you a breakdown of how many you should do every other day and by the end you are suppose to be able to do a certain amount without stopping. you should try it for sure
