Delicious Mug Cake Chocolate Fix- 210 cals.

This is the best mug cake I've ever tried, and so easy , and only 210 cals. Plus you get the protein of an egg!

1 egg
2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
3 Tbsp. sugar

Mix together and microwave for 1 minute.

Oh. My. God.
It's like a molten Miss. Mudcake or something like that. Totally satisfying.

It is 2 a.m...craving chocolate cake.

I mixed 1 egg, 2 Tbs unsweetened cocoa powder and 2 Tbs of zero cal sugar sub. Smelled awful in the microwave, but a GREAT sub for cake...yippy. :drinker:

    56 Cals 6 Protein 1 Fat 6 Carbs 2 Fiber

    Winner!

    My favourite is this one

    Mug brownie

    Ingredients:
    1 egg white
    2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tablespoons sugar substitute of choice
    Pinch salt
    1/2 tbsp plain unsweetened yoghurt
    1/2 tbsp water
    1/2 teaspoon coffee
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    1/4 tsp protein powder
    1/4 tsp baking powder

    Directions:
Put everything except the baking powder in a mug. Mix well. Add baking powder and mix again.
Firmly tap the mug on the counter to release any large air bubbles.
Cook for around 1 minute 20 seconds, depending on your microwave. The top of the cake should be solid. Flip cake onto a plate to cool.

Yeah it's good. I have it almost every night for dessert.

Sometimes I add some slightly runny pb2 and swirl it through, or before baking scoop out half the mix and add some raspberry jam then put the rest of the mix back on top, or sometimes I top it with a bit of chocolate sauce

why not just eat a reese's cup? one cup is 105 calories, a 2 cup package is 210. no mess, no cleanup, no nonsense. just eat the chocolate and get it over with?

All depends in the brands. Using the stuff I use the plain one comes in at 84. I'm in New Zealand so you might have access to lower calorie sweeteners and yoghurt

Because I'm diabetic and can't have the sugar/carbs

I made this twice within 24 hours...

    Once plain with ice coffee
Second time with cool whip and sugar free syrup...

In a bit, doing it with low carb vanilla ice cream...I am in soooo much trouble with these...lol.

Oh my word!! Just tried this one. I was a bit dubious, thought it might be a bit like chocolate scrambled egg or something but it was FAB! A minute to whip up, a minute to cook, minute to eat it hot straight out of the bowl! ;) Thank you... :flowerforyou:
