Please help!!!

Ok i was on that scooby web site to get my tdee and i put it at a 20% deficit and it says i should be eating 3100 cals a day right now im eating 1800 a day 3100 seems like way too much is this alot? Im 6 foot n weigh 232 im trying to loose some more body fat while mainting my curent muscle then later try n build muscle how much should i be eatin?

    Guy, here's my advice: stop stressing over all that crap and simply eat right at, or just under, your daily calorie allotment; in addition, make time for exercise at least five days a week. If you follow the plan everything else will, to quote the Bobs from Office Space: "work itself out naturally." When you start getting into all that micromanaging stuff you asked about you'll eventually drive yourself insane.

    What are you putting as your activity level? I find many people overestimate what their activity level is. Unless you are really training for a big sporting event or are a professional athlete, you are likely in the moderate or under category.

    I have a job i sit the whole day for 8 hours and i go to the gym 6 days a week and workout for an hour n half to two hours
