I have been taking it and like it. On Sunday I took it and did 6 miles in 56 min and today I didn't take it and did 5 miles in 51 min. I see a fairly large difference in my endurance and speed when I take it.0

It's just caffeine. Have a cup of coffee and save your money.0

lots of companies will use fillers to dilute products while still being able to put the helpful ingredient on the label. Meanwhile, the benefits of said ingredient were probably tested at really high doses--doses you won't get in store bought pills. I'm not saying green coffee extract works or doesn't work, I haven't researched it. I wouldn't waste my money, though.0

Also, if someone references a dr. oz article I would take that with a grain of salt. That man is pwned by the big ag business.0

You'd probably see the same results drinking coffee before you go for your run. Anyone who's been running for any time can also categorically state that even when everything else is equal you have faster days and slower days.....a sample of 2 runs is hardly statistically significant.
To the op......save your money. there are no shortcuts or magic pills, all these products do is make hucksters like Dr Oz rich.0 -
I prefer this remarkably less expensive (yet likely as effective) approach: http://www.amazon.com/Caffeine-Maximum-Potency-Tablets-tablets/dp/B0011865IQ/0

save your money-it's garbage! Dr. Oz may have good ideas and tips, but I find he's peddling a different weight loss product every other week or so. I say watch what you eat, excercise and you'll do very well.0
