Stuck for awhile

Hi, I have changed my lifestyle for over a year now, eating really well and working out 6 days a weeks...I have lost 85 pounds so far but still have about 50 more to go, however the scale isn't moving, my thighs and arms are getting bigger and my motivation is going out the door. I'm totally stuck and out of ideals, I did a cleanse, lowered my calorie intake, up my water intake :( any suggestions?

    Have you tried mixing up your exercise habits? I get 'stuck' when my body reaches a level where it can handle what I'm doing, so I throw in a new exercise or swich to swimming for a while then back to the gym.

    This is really good advice... Your body will get used to routines and it will adapt so it becomes the norm. Mix I up do something different, you may enjoy it more...

    What's ur routine now?
  • Mix it up a little. Try faster walking/running, more sit ups, ETC. Your body has gotten used to everything your doing, and it can take it. Try pushing yourself more! Good job on the weight loss, that's amazing. Keep encouraging yourself. You're almost there!
