Protein Powder Cupcakes

Recipe:

1 cup flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1.5 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
1 scoop ON Cookies and Creme Protein Powder (or PP of your choice)
1 cup sweetened vanilla almond milk
6 oz nonfat plan greek yogurt

Mix together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, protein powder, and sugar.

In separate bowl, mix almond milk and greek yogurt.

Mix dry ingredients with wet.

Pour batter into 12 cupcake cups, or a 13x19 cake. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 350.

Makes 12 servings.

Per serving: 80 cals, 16 g carbs, 1 g fat, 5 g protein, 2 g fiber.
