Hey,
So the long story short is ..
Having hired a personal trainer 4 years ago I know exactly what I should eat and do to lose weight and look good. HOWEVER, I now have a desk job (and 2hr commute on train) and 2 kids which means it's difficult to eat well, burn it off etc etc.
Strange, now I have kids, I have more of a reason to be healthy but less of the energy to do so!
Hoping MFP will help me on my way!

Are your kids young? I wasn't able to make time for myself until my kids were in school, I think they become a little more independent and friend focused then.0 -
Stand on the train if possible and take lunch to work.0

Thanks for the tips Andy, I've started taking lunch to work. Quick and simple, it's the snacking I need to stop!
Not sure about standing, it's a 2 hr journey each way! hahaha
Yes Cheryl, my kids are 4 and 2 so as much as they keep me on my toes it reduces the amount of time I get to work on 'me'. It's work of family, which is great don't get me wrong but I also need to invest in my health too huh?0
