  • I am always reading, I am a professor as well as an analyst so there is always plenty to read for my work. But the point of this post, is about what we read for fun.

I am going through the Great Books of the Western World, collection. It has a 10 year reading plan. This month I am finishing up Dante's Divine Comedy and next month I will be reading Plotinus' Enneads. For light reading, I plan to read Dan Brown's new book soon too.

I am reading catching fire from the hunger games trilogy but I am also listening to the storyteller by Jodie piccoult during my runs. She is so talented and I love her books.

Just finished Life Itself, Roger Ebert's memoirs. Really interesting read, he spares no detail and pulls no punches regarding some of the mistakes he made.

  • The End of Overeating

It's a very interesting read about why we want to eat sugar, fat and salt... even though we don't want to want it
And how the food industries targets us
