I use the Leslie Sansone walk dvd for my cardio and sometimes use the My Fitness Coach but for the strength training... how in the world would I record that on my fitness pal? I did 30mins of upper body strength training. Any tips or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Still kind of new to all this.

Buy a Heart Rate Monitor (HRM) and record the calories burn from the HRM at MFP track log.

I have a Fitbit, so I rarely add exercise to MFP. I will for the bike, as the Fitbit counts steps, and a bike isn't a step. I THOUGHT I would add my strength training using MFP too (FB records my steps, but I'm putting in much more effort than it records) but the strength training inputs here at MFP threw me too. I mean I guess I could input each and every exercise and the reps, but I've just given up and gone back to Fitbit and entering "1 hour weights" in one fell swoop. I think it would be easier if there was just a basic "weights/resistence" option, maybe broken down into upper/lower body.
