I woud like to weigh my food so I can really count how much I'm taking in. I made a roasted chicken, can I weigh the cooked meat? I wasn't sure if you are supposed to weigh before you cook the meat?
Thanks!
Thanks!

I always weigh it cooked0

I always weigh chicken cooked. Less surfaces to clean: less possible exposure to bacteria.0

MFP has weights for both chicken raw and chicken cooked.
I tend to weigh it raw if I'm getting ready to put it in a recipe like a casserole, and cooked if I'm slicing it up and putting it on a sandwich or in a salad.0 -
