The package should tell you how many grams are in a serving. Is a serving two tablespoons? If it is, the nutrition info should say Serving Size 2 table spoons (XX g which is the number of grams).

Another option is to add your own entry to the food database using the info on the package for two tablespoons.

This is good advice. Learning the metric system is always a good thing at any age!

A typical serving of refried beans is 1/2 cup (this is the only serving size that I've seen on a can of refried beans, and I've looked at a lot of them. I love my beans). That's roughly 120 grams. 2 tablespoons is 1/8 of a cup, so it would translate to 1/4 of a serving, or roughly 30 grams. So select the serving size and record 1/4 of a serving.
