New workout

I have finished Jillian Michaels' 30 day shred, and I wanted to start Insanity, but due to a lower back injury it is not allowing me to do so, so I am looking for a new workout that goes by day to day or week by week, something along those lines. I am doing the 30 day crunch/squat challenge, but am looking for something more, as well as I need something that I can take on vacation with me, and basically I am looking for ideas from what other people have tried and have had success with that involved little to no equipment.

Will your back injury effect you for a while? If not, I'd say just run or something and then get into Insanity. I'm currently on day 5 and I LOVE it. It seriously kicks your butt though. Although every muscle in my body hurts, my back doesn't! You may be able to do it if you just modify anything strenuous.0 -
well i've had the back injury for about 5 years now, and unfortunately doctors aren't taking it seriously and it basically acts up whenever it feels like it, and when I did the insanity fit test, it just about had a paralyzing fit, so i'm not sure when or if i'll be able to do it.0

Ah okay, that's unfortunate! Insanity is intense though, I can barely do it!
If you didn't have a problem with Jillian Michaels' workouts, her series Body Revolution is great. I just finished that one before I did Insanity. It's a 90 day program and it's similar to the 30 day shred.0
