OK - I am shocked at this one, last time I got on the scale was about 2 months ago - today I am 20+ pounds LIGHTER.

Thank you Lord for your strength to make this happen - because I surely was NOT expecting this big change!!

AND - as of today - I am 40 pounds lighter today then what I was last year at this time!

Praise and Shout to the Lord!!!!!!!

    Thats GREAT! It must of felt so good to see that much of a weight loss. I need to ditch my scale for awhile...Im telling u it calls my name all day everyday.
