Hi everyone, my name is Sandy. I'm staying home from work today because I'm super tired and not feeling my best and I was watching the Today Show and this website was mentioned. My blood pressure and cholesterol are too high and I don't want to take medicine, so I told the doctor I will lose weight and if I still need to take medicine I will. So not only do I want to lose weight so I can wear cute clothes and feel better in general, I want to get my health back medicine free. I'm hoping this website will help me do that.

Welcome to your journey !!...SoCal girl here too!
  • Wow...thanks for the welcome everyone!!! I can tell I'm going to love this place. I just logged-in my lunch and it is very helpful to know how many calories I have for the rest of the day. I have a question, if let's say I walk for 40 minutes and I burn 277 calories....can I eat those calories or do I strictly go by my alloted daily calories of 1,200? Thanks Sandy

Yes, you can eat your exercise calories... in fact most people here strongly suggest that you do.
  • Thx misspenny.
