Need support and PGX

Hello,
I have recently started up again with counting my calories. I had my son 8 months ago. I gained a bunch of weight because of antidepressants during my last trimester and afterwards. I have since stopped taking the antidepressants and my depression is subsiding considerably. BUT, I have 30-40lb to lose now!
I feel like I am wearing a winter coat, ALL THE TIME. It is hot and heavy... not attractive at all. I feel disgusting.
I only have 3 friends on MFP and only 1 is active. Please feel free to add me as a friend. I would appreciate the support.
Also, I am going to try PGX. I feel like I am always hungry! I am trying to stay within 1500 calories a day and exercise regularly. But I'm so hungry... might be the nursing. I am hoping that the PGX will help to curb some hunger pains. DOes anyone have experience with this supplement?

Don't know about the supplement... but always chugging water when feeling hungry works for me. Or sometimes a cup of coffee0

This can happen, sadly, but if you start slowly with it, one pill per meal for a couple of days, then add one more for a couple of days, and so on, you should be okay. I take them mainly when I know I am going to have a high carb meal because it slows the absorption of the carbs - I am type 2 diabetic, and it did help that way.. They didn't help me a lot in regards to the hunger part, but then I am considerably larger than you. I do take the full dose, even though I don't take them regularly, and I don't have a problem but I think that is because I do take fibre with my breakfast so my body is more used to it.0
