Hello!

I am a (in a few days) 34 year old working mumma of two beautiful orangutans.

Although I signed up awhile ago, I have only just now really started.

I am feeling good about where I am at in my own head & about what I am trying to do.

The number is not the focus, just a happy result of the life style change I am beginning.

I am hoping to find some friends here to keep me motivated and accountable when the head space gets cluttered with the "why I can't” self destructive inner speech.
