I'm 25, 5'6 about 145lbs, but I still have about 15 lbs and heaps of toning to do before I'm at my goal.
I just started MFP a bit over a week ago, and I'm always on the look out for mutually suportive friendships!
Also, I think you're my competition in the Summer Cal Crusher Challenge. Might be a nice way to keep each other motivated (to kick each other's butt)! :bigsmile:0 -

I'm 5ft5 and my goal is 140lbs. I'm currently at at 193 and have lost 52 lb so far.
I'm not too concerned about how long it takes as I'm currently training for a Tough Mudder so doing plenty of both strength and cardio training - on the plus the weight is falling off a litle quicker although i would like to get down into the overweight category (about 10lb) before hand.0 -

My original goal was 140lbs - but when I reached that I decided to push and see how I did a little lower. So far so good and I've been pretty stable since January0 -

I was 175 when i started this site 5ft 7 goal is 125 but that seems too low 140 is better i think i just want to be healthy0

I'm 5'8" and my goal was 140lbs. I managed to get down to 137.4lbs and I'm maintaining at that +1 or 2lbs some weeks but I'm pretty happy with my weight. I defo need to do some toning though. Good luck. x0

My 2nd baby was 3 months old in Aug 2011, and I started losing weight in the July, so coming up to 2 years now. I've lost 63lbs in that time. My goal is also 150!0 -

I am getting married in October and more than anything I want to be comfortable in my skin again...a bikini would be nice too!

I'm 5'6 Currently at 137, GW: is 130. Although I'm not really focusing on a number, more so focusing on how I feel and being toned.0 -
I am 5.7ft at 182 pounds. Plan on going down to 146lb for now. If I ever get there, I will re-evaluate at that time. Good luck on your journey.0

I'm 5' 7" and got stuck at 177 forever. Like years. I finally found some success with MFP and lost 16 pounds pretty quickly. A number of factors have caused me to flat line, an indulgent vacation for one, and quite frankly I would like to enjoy my new wardrobe I was forced to buy for a little while.
But I'm still working hard and my goal is 145 - 150. My biggest concern with weight loss (besides the small fortune I just spent replacing everything from bras to slacks to swim suits, and will I have to do that one more time for an even smaller size) is what is actually SUSTAINABLE. I'm certain I can get to 145, or even lower. The question is can I maintain it. I'm looking for the sweet spot where I continue to eat ealthy and excercise daily (yes, I work out everyday, and no I don't take a rest day very often and yes I get a lot of crap for that) and enjoy things like ice cream & a grilled cheese sandwich now and then.0 -
I'm 5' 6''-ish and my goal is 150 at least. I'm 3 years in college and I feel like I gained the freshman 15 twice.
