I am in Week 3, I tried searching for running/jogging, all the results come up with 10 mph (6 min miles) and similar, I am just doing 2.4 miles. How are you guys logging it ?

I don't know how much you weigh, but jogging should give you approx. 100 calories per mile, walking around 65 per mile. If there are hills, give yourself a few more calories. When I search run or walk, there are several options to choose from, like 5.2 (11.5 min mile) and 5mph ( 12 min mile). Try searching run, running, jogging or put in your pace and see what happens. Another option is to use a running site, like runningahead. You can log your runs, your weight, and it will give you pace and calories burned, then you can log them here.0
