I am really trying to get my TDEE figured out but I need help figuring out my exercise. I run between 3-3 1/2 miles a day for about 34-37 minutes. Would that be considered light or moderate exercise? There is a big difference in my TDEE between the two so I really want to get it right. Thank you!

How big is the difference? From what I've seen it's usually not more than 200 or so cals, which in the grand scheme of things ISN'T that big of a deal.
light vs moderate is hard as it's often based on perceived difficulty or level or exertion, which is a flawed way to measure cals burned.
If you're unsure, I'd go with the lower number and err on the side of caution.0 -
Bump - I want to know the answer for this one too0

Light is about 1475 and moderate us about 1675. The thing is I can easily eat 1600 calories so if it needs to be 1475 I definitely need to cut back

I would say jogging would be moderate exercise. Light is more if you walk or are on you feet for long periods.0

You could always pick 1575 (average of the two) if you were that concerned about it.0
