Okay so these pictures are embarrassing to put on here but I wanted some help. I notice that alot of woman tend to lose their curves with alot of exercise they in my opinion have more of a boxy appearance but I want to keep my curves so I just wanted to know if any of you knew a exercise routine that would help me keep a hourglass shape. Also it has to be easier on the knees so not alot of jumping jacks or things of the nature. Here is a picture of me just started yesterday anyway as you can see I gain most of my weight in my butt thighs and arms.

I would suggest TurboFire. There's jumping jacks and other high-impact exercises, but they have one girl who does ONLY low-impact exercises that gives the same results.
I've done it before, and it's so much fun! It's part-cardio, part-kickboxing, part-zumba. It's high energy fun! I'm always in such a good mood after I've done one of those workouts.0 -
You won't lose your shape, you will become more fit and healthy.
I am a big advocate of weight lifting, some HIIT and clean eating. I don't do any kind of fancy programs - i do 5x5 strength training.0 -
