Hello all,

I am back on this site, with on and off again of tracking...This time am more than ready,which am now keeping a personal food log on my notebook as well, on here..usually have comp issues and hoping am here for the long haul.

I have over 100 Lbs to loose, am in NJ....Always been heavy and a life long struggle on my efforts.

Looking for net friends who can relate and offer moral support...I offer cheerfull support..
