I accidentally discovered this gem while cooking for a friend. Was planning on making chocolate covered strawberries but she's allergic to dairy, so my usual chocolate chips were out. Used what I had on hand- I usually hate substitutes of foods I love but it turned out to be amazing.

For 2
2 cups of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/3 cup of unsweetened cocoa (I use Hershey's special dark-this might be the key)
stevia to taste

1. Mix it all and heat until it simmers. Mixture will thicken in a couple minutes.
2. Either use as dip or pour over parchment paper in a pan and freeze for fudge squares.

I'll give this a try to. I wouldn't have thought that it would thicken. Thanks

This sounds too good to be true - the whole amount made is only 100 calories? I've gotta try this :) Thanks!

One thing that helps it thicken is just letting it sit for 10 minutes!

OK... I tried making this last night, not sure what I did wrong. I mixed it all together and simmered it for a bit, poured it into a pan with wax paper and put it in the freezer. It didn't really set well, nor did it thicken. Thoughts??
