    If u stretch out your arms at your sides ( like a little t) and measure from finger tip to finger tip u get your height, for my kids it's the height they will reach in a few months

    Measure wrist to elbow and u get your foot measurement.

    Ive been knocked unconscious 4 times, the longest of which was for 15 minutes, during which time my heart stopped. I didnt see a bright white light though :-/.
