Workout class logging question

I'm taking an hour long class that incorporates a warmup, then a mixture of aerobic moves such as jumping rope together with lunges, squats, bicep curls, shoulder exercises, and some floor ab work, followed by a cooldown of stretching. I don't have a heart monitor but would like a guess or estimate of calories burned. Do you think i could break it down into say forty minutes of circuit training and twenty minutes of stretching to get a general idea of calories burned?

In the absence of a heart rate monitor, this is what I would do. And that's because I don't have a heart rate monitor, and I actually take a 30 minute class at work that sounds like your class, and that's how I break it down to estimate it.0
