Help- Workout Calories Burned Question

So, why isn't sex listed as an aerobic exercise on this site?!?! I know it burns calories. What are your thoughts on this?

    Those are bonus calories burned that you don't need to track for everyone to see lol

    For most people it falls under their activity/lifestyle calculation, not workout cals. Besides, cals burned are lower than most people realize.

    I've used calesthenics in the past. Figured it has to be close to the same thing.
