Eating out during phase 1 of south beach diet?

I started the south beach diet this past sunday and have been eating pretty much from the book. The only exceptions I had were to go to a burger joint with a friend on Friday and a mexican restaurant with my family tonight.
At the burger place I had the burger with lettuce and tomatos, no bun, ketchup or fries. Tonight I had a chicken fajita entree with no tortillas, chips, sour cream or rice. Just the chicken, peppers, onions, guac and fresh tomatos.
Do you think I did alright with eating to the phase 1 restrictions? I'm just worried that by eating out it'll ruin my diet and I won't be able to cleanse my body like I've been intending to by this diet. I know I still have another week, I just wanted to see how I did and if I won't be too screwed. I've lost 3 pounds so far though (weighed in this morning).

in the south beach diet book there is something that says if you ocassionally fall off the wagon, try again with the next meal! i am also starting phase 1 of this diet. good luck!0
