No body can motivate you unfortunately it's all on you. Just take solace in the fact that you did NOT gain 5 kg of fat in 5 days. It's mostly water weight.
  • Thanks , I just need to sort myself out

Unfortunately, only you can figure out why you've lost control.

I always recommend starting with a look at your diet. Make sure that you aren't cutting calories too drastically or omitting the foods that you love. Everything in moderation.

If that's all good, then you need to look at stressors in your life. Job, family, etc. Maybe it's just a temporary thing that will blow over. Maybe this is your natural solution when you get stressed out and you need to find a new way to deal with things. Either way, figure out what's going on with you and your body and you'll be a lot closer to getting control again.

Remove the word "can't" from your vocabulary. You're currently traveling in the wrong direction. Turn around and get back to where you took the wrong turn and move on. You CAN control your eating. If you think you have a mental issue that's contributing to your overeating, seek help. You and ONLY you have the power to change your life but you have to take steps in the right direction.

Weigh yourself every morning before eating and after going tot he bathroom. Write notes on your diary on what was different the previous day that might have increased the weight, which is actually water because you need to eat 3500 calories over your daily TDEE to gain 1lb. Then you are going to see patterns developing. Salty foods, exercise, new exercise workout, etc. are some stressors that increase water retention. Keep a diary and write down thoughts on what makes you binge. Surround yourself with more healthy food, drink water, think what you can do to occupy yourself and forget food. Approach it in a scientific manner and explore yourself on what the triggers and stressors are.
  • Thank you all of you :)
