My goodness my eyes are filled with tears. Seeing all these facebook pages to chronicle all of your weight loss is so inspiring and makes my heart flutter with joy.

I have one to share, a friend and I started it. We share recipe we make (already tested out) we do friendly workout challenges and food related challenges. Example we started a iron chef cooking challenge with the ingredient egg plant. (We voted on it)
We also have a lot of fitbit users so we add that to the challenges. A group to encourage and have fun!
