What did you do to lose your belly???

I need help on losing fat from my belly. What did you to lose your belly? Add me as a friend please for motivation.

    I got a bit of it back, but what got me losing belly fat was a blend of cardio (jogging in particular) and yoga. If your posture is truly what it should be the whole time, you're engaging your core for a solid 30 minutes to an hour in very subtle, but rewarding, ways.

    I also cut out excess simple carbohydrates and added more veggies to my meals.

    Ran, lifted, watched my calorie intake.

    I did cardio, such as lots of walking,some jogging/running and elliptical was my main workout. But the thing that helped the most was the elliptical machine and the crunches/situps.
