I throw knives. It forces you to focus and shut out the world0

I like to get in my car and just go for a drive doesn't have to be far away just somewhere out of the area somewhere you aren't used to driving by every day that calms me down and sipping on a cup of really good coffee. Or Kettlebells, I like working out with kettlebells anyways but something about swinging those makes me calmer. Sex is great but has to be somewhere out of the ordinary like in a carwash or something0

Video Games, Playing Drums, Lifting weights (pre-shoulder injury), Punching bag, drawing.
All are creative outlets to release negative energy.
