Is there a listing for Therapy Water Aerobics' listed in this exercise program? I am disabled to the point I can not exercise as I should be doing. Today I did Therapy in the water at our Rec Center. I exercised for 50 minutes but don't know how to add it to my Exercise data base.

    The listing that I used is this: Water aerobics, water calisthenics

    I checked the MFP calorie burn against a few online calculators and it seemed fairly accurate.

    Good luck with it, water fitness is awesome and so much fun! Work that water and watch the results come, in strength, flexibility and health.
