Hi everyone!
I am quite new to calorie count, after battling with a series of eating disorders last year... oh dear.
I am 20 years old, 173cm tall, and about 65kg I would say... I do not weigh myself.
Anyway, I am looking to lose around 5kg from those damn stubborn areas... hips bums and thighs. I need some motivation and advice on how to do this in a healthy way - calories, excercise etc.
And any friends along the way helping me to do this would be awesome!

    Hi! I'm also new to myfitnesspal and I'm a 20 year old trying to get fit. I've lost a lot of weight already and am trying to lose like 20 more pounds! I've hit a snag and looking for new found motivation!
