My diet, your recommendations are appreciated

So, I was hoping to list the diet I've made up and hopefully get some tips from you guys about how healthy/efficient it is! Keep in mind, i have to eat gluten free :(

Pre-Morning exercise snack: 1/2 Extend blood sugar control bar, water

Breakfast: 3 scrambled eggs, banana, greenwise apple juice

Lunch: Chobani yogurt, sliced roast beef, apple, water

Dinner: sliced grilled chicken breast, lettuce with chopped carrots, v8 juice.

Thats the plan as of now! it seems like a good amount of healthy calories, but im not sure if im missing something important, any advice is appreciated!
