I like the Sainbury's Be Good To Yourself ones and they are only 135 cal per wrap and they are a nice size too.

From my research, avoid all wheat products, its bad for you and addictive, have you noticed you crave it? I think your best bet would be rye 100% bread. Its available at Asda. It has the lowest gi, so wont cause a blood sugar spike (which makes you want to eat more to compensate when suddenly you get low blood pressure as your body tries to balance it) so leaves you feeling full, unlike wheat based products.0
