I'm from Canada and was looking how to get the lowest calorie of Hot Chocolate and this is what I came up with and it's really good.

When looking for Cocoa of different brands it was all over the map but this is the lowest I could find.

I got this at Food Basic and it's their brand called "Selection"

It has 15 calories per TBSP.

One Tbsp of this and a pinch of Stevia and your all set you have Hot Chocolate for 15 Calories,
You can add a bit of skim milk for a few more calories if you want.

If somoene has found a less calorie one please do share.

I love hot chocolate and I'm from Canada as well so I'll have to look for that one when it gets closer to the colder weather :)

The problem being you need three or four for a good hot chocolate. Im uk i find cadburys highlights the best and it only 40 cals a cup

thanks for that, will check it out.

I am not keen on the stevia though, I find it tastes a bit bitter.
