This journey started out with me at about 175 pounds. I had been sick a long time and when I was finally better I got it in my head that putting on weight was a good thing. Before I knew it I had gained 40 pounds. One day I decided to go for a walk..then I got impatient and started to run about a month later...2 years later I've run countlesss 5k's, 10k's a few 10 milers and 2 half marathons! Life is better on the "run" :bigsmile:

I'm 5'5". I went from a size 16 to a 4, sometimes 2

    How tall are you again? I know you pointed it out a few weeks ago - but yes we do have similar stories (as far as Starting Weight and Goal Weight)!

    Fantastic loss. Your success is motivation for me, because I'm 5'6 175 lbs on the nose and want to get down to 125.

    That said, thanks for sharing, congrats on your loss; you look great (I can't wait to get there myself ! )
