    You either need to use a HRM or find an entry that is similar. If you use an online calculator, make sure your age, height, weight and gender are entered into it for the most accuracy. At the end of the day, though, that's still only an estimate.

    Get a HRM or use the formula 1 min = 10 cals burned in your highest burning zone.
