Almost 1 1/2 years with MFP and the start of my new lifestyle and 66 lbs down...about 30 lbs to my final goal. I haven't taken many pictures lately, until I went on vacation this month and even though I haven't lost to much in the past few months, it makes me feel good looking at my new pictures!! I've fallen off the wagon a couple times, lost motivation, etc...but I look at before photos and find the motivation again. I certainly don't want to end up like that again.

    lol, yes they are. They don't realize it was me in the old pictures, they say "who is that"! It's great. And my kids were the main reason I made the change. What kind of example was I sending to them, eating fast food and telling them, they had to eat veggies etc. So I started practicing what I preach. :)
