I started my weight loss journey on February 4th weighing 284 pounds. YIKES! Joined MFP in May and loving every minute of it. :flowerforyou: My son took this picture of me on Sunday, and I have a comparison picture wearing the same shirt (can't believe how much my favorite shirt has faded! LOL), standing in the same spot. I was SHOCKED at the difference seeing the pictures side by side! Before Sunday, whenever I saw myself in the mirror, I still saw a 284 pound person staring back at me. Now I know my hard work and dedication is paying off. I still have 90+ pounds to go...but I'm on the right track! :flowerforyou:

    I started at 284 as well! And now I'm down to 207 after 2 years of hard work... keep at it woman! You look wonderful!

    Looking good- you can really tell the difference. Great job so far- when you need to see tangible results, look back at those pictures :smile: . Keep up the good work!

    Thats amazing - the difference is fantastic, even in your face. You look fab - keep it up. You'll have to see if you can get the tshirt in a lot smaller size
