don't know what to do

Right...before i start i dont mean this to be in any way attention seeking or me just making excuses or so on.
For a few months I was doing so well and doing everything right and just at the end of the day i would feel proud of myself and just in full excitement to wake up at 05:30 to do a hiit workout and i was beginning to feel better about my body and self and feel more controlled of my diet (gone through anorexic and bulimic like times which i am still battling)
My routine consisted of getting up at 05:30 everyday 6 days a week and doing a hiit workout and then an ab workout and then I would have a shower and then set myself up for school. i travel around 3 hours a day to and from school and after school i would run about 1 mile home and then make dinner (salad, good carb and protein) and then do 1 hour ballet, 1 hour mixed dance styles and then maybe do some more cardio or abdominal workouts and to finish the day i would do an hour of stretching. i got flexible and so much more toned but somewhere along the line i think i burnt myself out and i was/am feeling s***. and i dont know what to do, i am trying so hard but for the past 3 weeks i've not been sticking to my routine in any way and i have neglected everything and i dont know where to start, my dancing is awful, my flexibility has gone down hill and just looking at my body makes me cry. i've been crying myself to sleep and i just dont know what to do. i was 22% body fat, 55kg and 5'6 and i feel so fat now because i have gained weight...

Do you think I will be able to tone up for the summer and get back into my splits in around a month if i stick religiously to my routine? any advice or experiences like this from anyone? thankyou and i know i am being pathetic it just is so hard sometimes

    Give yourself a break!
No you're not pathetic at all. Sounds like your routine was so intense and rigorous that eventually you burnt out, like most human beings would!
Why don't you make a new plan with more achievable fitness routines? Rest is very important!!!! If you want to stick with this long term its got to be balanced.
Please don't be so hard on yourself!

For me personally, sticking with a daily routine like that never lasts more than a week. I get bored with it and have to move on to something else. I have a feeling you just need to mix it up. Working out and being healthy has to be enjoyable for it to be such an important part of your life. I highly recommend TurboJam as something to try next! I loved it and will be going back to it after this round of Insanity. Feel free to message me if you have any questions about it! I am always around for motivation and support!

No, I was probably working out for around 30 minutes in the morning then doing a 10-15 minute run after school and then 2 hours dancing, maybe 20 minutes cardio and then 1 hour stretching...
I know, I seem to go from one extreme to another but I think I definitely prefer my old routine!
That may be a good idea and I will definitely attempt in trying it
    Thankyou

I'm wondering how much weight you have gained. At 19, 5'6 and 121 lbs with 22% bf , you were in great shape 3 weeks ago and 3 weeks isn't really long enough for you to have ballooned up so much that you can't be ready for the summer if you get back into your routine right now.
Don't be so hard on yourself either. You may have lost motivation and got burnt out because you WERE doing more then what your body could handle.
Remember, it's not about weight. It's about being healthy, body, mind and soul.

Working out 4+ hours a day, why? Are you a dancer or training for something? It seems excessive and I'm not surprised you got burnt out trying to do that on top of attending school.
