need gym advice

ok I was wondering if someone could answer some questions I have or give personal opinions or experiences on the matter

1. I want to go to the gym twice a day once in the morning and the other in the evening maybe after ive had my dinner because, I don't have to best fitness and thought maybe if I spread my work out of cardio to twice a day I can do allot because ive only just started im still not comfortable pushing myself as hard as I could and I think the twice a day thing could give me something I really need like a routine

2. how much water should I be drinking before, during and after a workout

3 what is a good breakfast evolving eggs? because that's what I almost always have in my house and I like eggs

4. I have a bunch of more questions lol

Working out twice a day can be great for you. If you can't make it through 1 30 minute workout, 2 15 minute workouts is pretty much the same. You might not want to workout RIGHT after you eat... but if you can do it without discomfort... go for it. You have to be careful working out late at night. Some people I know can't fall asleep after they workout, and for some people it makes them REALLY hungry and likely to eat more.

Drink when you're thirsty. If your pee is copious and clear, you're generally in good shape. If it's dark and yellow, drink more.

I've had 2 or 3 scrambled eggs for breakfast for the past 7 years or so. I like them with Bacon Salt and a generous helping of Frank's Hot Sauce. Just figure out a way to cook them that you like.

Make sure you take rest days, because your muscles need time to heal between workouts.

In the beginning you can do cardio morning and evening, and as you get stamina and become more comfortable, you can do 10 min warming with cardio in the morning and then do weights and then in the evening do plain cardio. You can just walk, you do not have to run. You can experiment with weight machines first and then as you become familiar and comfortable move in adding free weights, starting with dumbbells.

You can cook eggs anyway you like them. Others hardboil a dozen and keep it in the fridge to snack. Search for eggs in the forum and you will find recipes and ideas.
