June Squat/Crunch Challenge anyone?

I'm starting Les Mills Combat on June 2nd and decided I need more of a workout for my abs, so I'm doing the 30 day crunch challenge starting June 1st.

If anyone is interested in starting a group for June for either the squat or crunch challenge it would really help to stick with it.

    I am doing a minimum of 100 squats (all types) and a minimum of 100 crunches (or sit ups) each day in June. So, I am interested :)

    Day 1- 20 crunches
    Day 2- 25
    Day 3- 30
    Day 4- Rest
    Day 5- 40 crunches
    Day 6- 45
    Day 7- 50
    Day 8- Rest
    Day 9- 60
    Day 10- 65
    Day 11- 70
    Day 12- Rest
    Day 13- 80 crunches
    Day 14- 90
    Day 15- 95
    Day 16- Rest
    Day 17- 100 crunches
    Day 18- 105
    Day 19- 110
    Day 20- Rest
    Day 21- 115 crunches
    Day 22- 120
    Day 23- 125
    Day 24- Rest
    Day 25- 130 crunches
    Day 26- 135
    Day 27- 140
    Day 28- Rest
    Day 29- 145
    Day 30- 150 crunches!

    For those who are interested I am up for suggestions... should we continue on this threat to update throughout the week or would it be easier to create an actual mfp group section just for the challenge? so everyone can post their own topics in the group?

    I am adding push ups as well the same number as the crunches :) something i can do since i will be traveling for 2 months

    I tried these last month but felt crummy one day and only got about half-way through the May challenge. I'm ready to start these again tomorrow, though! I'm going to Disney at the end of the month and want to look good for Mickey...LOL!!!!!!!!!!!! :laugh: :flowerforyou:

    I will do the squat challenge - I did in May until I got to 230 or so per day...and maybe the abs challenge (have to think more about it as I am currenly doing Insanity too)
