Hey Home Skillets! Can You Help Me?

Hey yallz! I joined this site a few months agog, but was never truly active. You guys can call me Miya. It's a nickname some of my family use A LOT!

Well i have this problem that is just really weird. When diet, or count my calories, I gain weight. When i don't, i lose weight. Monday, i weighed 142.3 pounds and today, i weighed 144.6 pounds. I exercise daily (modern dance) and drink plenty of water. Can you guys help?

  • Generally, people who can't lose weight counting calories are underestimating what they eat or overestimating what they exercise. I know people around here hate to hear it but it's true.

    I would try not eating back exercise calories first. That is always a safe place to start.

    Other than that:

    Drink more water.
