Hey yallz! I joined this site a few months agog, but was never truly active. You guys can call me Miya. It's a nickname some of my family use A LOT!
Well i have this problem that is just really weird. When diet, or count my calories, I gain weight. When i don't, i lose weight. Monday, i weighed 142.3 pounds and today, i weighed 144.6 pounds. I exercise daily (modern dance) and drink plenty of water. Can you guys help?

Generally, people who can't lose weight counting calories are underestimating what they eat or overestimating what they exercise. I know people around here hate to hear it but it's true.
I would try not eating back exercise calories first. That is always a safe place to start.
Other than that:
Drink more water.
