Girl issues = plateau

So I've been on here for 1 month. Lost about 20. Doing great, then the time came and suddenly no matter what I eat and how much I exercise I cant seem to get past 228#. I keep bouncing between 228# & 232#...anyone have ideas as to what happened and how to fix it? Starting to lose motivation. Help!

    1. You lost 20 pounds in a month--so we can celebrate! Great job.

    3. What is long term goal? Have you taken measurements? Any time you plateau it is beneficial to go back and review your measurements and take them again. Sometimes you can be modifying your body but you may not see it.

    How long has it been? It's not unusual for us gals to see a rise on the scale when we start our periods due to water retention. There's not much to do except wait it out, unfortunately.
  • Its been 17 days since the start and 11 since it ended. Thoughts???
  • Been meaning to take measurements, but haven't yet. I know I'm toning up just by looking. I'm gonna do that tomorrow. Great idea! Thanks for the advice. :)
