600ish Calories left

I have 600 calories left at 10pm. My macros a little out of whack (36% carbs, 35% protein, 29% in fat, goals are 40-30-30. Not sure what happened, lol) i lifted today, so I wanna make sure I hit my goal (I don't like to play those 'under by half my calories' games) It's late though and I'm done cooking for today.

So if you were me, what would you run out and eat. I'm thinking of getting the ultimate chicken grill from Wendy's (390 cals, 34g of protein, 10g of fat, 42 g of carbs) and a side salad with light french (140 calories), but I'm interested if anyone else's suggestions for this evening. I don't mind being a bit over so have fun with it. No cooking though, ain't got time for that.

I like Wendy's chili with a baked potato on the side but I'm not sure that'll get you to your macros.

What's open late near you other than Wendy's?

Arby's, sheetz, taco bell, McDonalds, Eat'n Park, Popeye's, KFC, and Denny's.

I'm leaning towards a bacon burger now, since my fat and carbs are what's under today.

If it were me, I'd go hog wild on my granola. A cup of that plus some milk would be about 600 calories. It would also probably complete your carb and fat requirements for the day. Not sold in stores, though.

Do you have to go out for fast food, it can be high in sodium.

Strawberry Greek yogurt - 190 cals, 19g protein
    Peanut butter - 2tbs - 210 cals, 7g protein\
    Hershey's Bliss Dark Chocolate - 6 squares, 210 cals, 3g protein

It doesn't have to be fast-food but i don't track, or worry much, about my sodium so that's not a deterrent for me.

Honestly, I'd grab a spoon and a jar of peanut butter and go to town on that. :P

Or one of those little fruit pies that are like 400 cals a pie lol

I know you said you don't track your sodium, but too much will make you retain water like crazy resulting in false weigh ins on the scale. Especially if you have something high in sodium so late at night. I like the bowl of cereal idea =)

i'd probably eat that 500 calorie cookie in my freezer that has been staring at me all week.

you warm it up and the chocolate in the middle gets all gooey >.<

i'd say eat something low in sodium but good and healthy. like an avocado. so good. and your scale will be happy tomorrow :)

i'm not judging but it sounds like you need your blood pressure checked. if you're consuming bull****, your numbers don't matter.

Great suggestions. I ended up with a Jr Bacon Cheeseburger, plain, and a Sour Cream and Chive baked potato, of which I'll probably eat half (Mmm, carbs), if anyone is curious. I wasn't feeling sweets for a change of pace, or else I woulda stuffed my face with cake. I'm amazed so many people can just eat peanut butter, but I kind of hate it so there's that.

As far as sodium goes my (highly scientific and logical) view is: I'm always over in sodium so I'm always retaining water so I'm always seeing 'false weight', so it's all the same to me. I'd open my diary to confirm this but I don't want anyone to pass out at the sight.

Well thank you for your concern but as of March my blood pressure is normal, as are my sugar levels, my iron, and everything else that can be quantified by a blood test. :flowerforyou: But again, thanks for the concern.

Why do people lie on the internet? I am asking cuz I like to consult with the experts.
