    I'm new here, I'm from Ontario Canada. I just found out my health has had a turn for the worst. To combat that, I'm now trying to loose weight and fight away the inevitable health problems, I also have a goal to quit smoking but I have not told my husband about the quitting smoking thing as he is not ready and I don't want him to feel forced to do so. I have always lacked insentive and motivation and have been critisized and looked down on by family. A friend told me about this sight so I am now hoping all of you are able to be my weight loss motivators. I have 3 children of my own and custody of my niece and nephew, I also have a step-daughter who is moving in this summer, I will be a mother of 6 and need to be able to keep up with all of them lol
