tea, crystal light (or similar store-brand sugar free drinks). It's not ideal, but better than the alternatives.0

Ah, good to know. OP try it room temp like suggested. It's not that bad once you're used to it.0 -
Also like others mentioned, room temperature or rather a bit warmer if your home is cold :-)0

It's winter south of the equator.0 -
I drink a lot of herbal teas. Mmmmm!0

I drink green tea. Green tea helps with your body weight loss. Green tea burns fat and boosts your metabolism rate naturally.0

huh?0

I completely relate! Even in summer I'm often too cold to actively drink water. I do drink a lot of hot tea (usually decaf) and last winter I found some low cal (15 cal) hot apple ciders but the artificial sugars gave me headaches. I've also noticed that I'm more likely to drink water at night right before bed so I usually guzzle a glass then. Yes, it makes me have to pee a couple of hours later but it's better than waking up thirsty!0

Don't have a problem drinking water but I can confirm its bloody cold here.0
-
Herb or fruit teas are my option :-) 0 cals and tasty :-)0
-
I always drink water at room temp. I don't like it cold.0

Drink: coffee, tea, warm milk, hot toddies, or any other liquid with a water-base that you like. Your water doesn't have to be plain, and the "8 glasses a day" thing has been around since a study in 1945 that was descriptive, not prescriptive.0

My water come out freezing out the tap, and I don't always have time to wait around. I always thought that you had to have pure water. So no herbal teas. It's just I feel so cold afterwards as I suffer from poor circulation. So yes while it seemed a stupid question it was an honest one. Fixed it today didn't drink water until past 12pm when the day was a bit warmer. I guess what I meant is that my water consumption had gone down. I usually drink 3l-4l a day in the summer, but am stuggling to get 2l a day now.0

Filter the water through coffee and add creamer.0

Get you a jug, or large water bottle, or something like that, and fill it up, and leave it out on the counter. It isn't going to hurt it, or you, for it to sit out for a while.0 -

your body gets just as much hydration from a glass of water with lemon juice or a decaf tea as it does plain water. that you can only count 'plain water' is the biggest myth since the tooth fairy.
if youre too cold to drink cold water, do what i do and drink it a little bit warm, with a bit of lemon or lime juice to keep it interesting. i'm in Tasmania so i'm an authority on being too cold. problem solved0 -
